We’re a small family-run business, and every order is carefully packed with love.
Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, sales or new product launches, please allow a little extra time.
Regular Shipping
$5 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Express Post
$10 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Shipping is within Australia via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us by email within 2 days of delivery so we can help rectify the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what has happened
Once reviewed, we’ll organise a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
