We’re a small family-run business, and every order is carefully packed with love.
Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 4-7 business days.
During busy periods, sales or new product launches, dispatch may take slightly longer. If we expect your order to exceed this timeframe, we’ll contact you with an update.
Regular Shipping
$9 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days AFTER DISPATCH
Express Post
$16.95 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days AFTER DISPATCH
Please note: Express Post speeds up delivery AFTER your order has been dispatched. It does not shorten our 4–7 business day processing time or move your order ahead in the production queue.
Optional transit cover is available at checkout for $1.99. This provides additional protection for your parcel while in transit.
Shipping is within Australia via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what has happened
Once reviewed, we’ll organise a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Nothing in these terms overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
